Upload an OM. Watch it get built.
We read the offering memorandum with the DealVu rules, then build the listing page and its 3D video tour. Every step is timed.

Confirm the property's outline
The blue outline is what the map highlights, flies to and measures, and what buyers see as the property. If it's wrong or missing, they see the wrong thing. It takes a minute to check.
- Pick the parcels opens the map with every county parcel nearby outlined in white.
- Click each parcel that's part of the property. It turns blue. Click it again to take it off. A property can be several parcels.
- Save location. The map and page rebuild around the new outline in about a minute.
Where exactly is the property?
The OM gives an intersection or no street number. The parcel outline, roads, traffic counts and the 3D tour all start from this spot, so place it exactly.
Click the property on the map to drop the pin.
You can close this page. The upload keeps running on our servers and the listing shows up in My listings when it's ready. Come back here any time to watch it.

What we found
Figures come only from the uploaded OM. Parcel outlines come from county tax parcel records where we can prove the parcel (Wisconsin today), otherwise from OpenStreetMap labeled approximate; land never gets an approximate outline. Roads and nearby businesses come from OpenStreetMap.
