Do I need an account to see a listing?

No. Open the link and everything public is there. An account just lets you save listings and get updates. Some brokers may ask for a free sign-up before showing the rent roll or financials.

Where do the numbers come from?

From the offering memorandum, exactly as written. Anything from outside the OM is labeled with its source. For anything else, contact the listing broker on the page.

Can I share a listing?
